Happy Box Limited currently ships to all regions within Bangladesh. We also offer international shipping for select products, subject to additional charges and customs regulations.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We use trusted local and international courier services to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and availability of the products. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary based on the destination country and customs clearance processes. Please allow 10-15 business days for international orders.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to see the total shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

  • Within Dhaka: Flat rate shipping or free shipping for orders over a certain amount (if applicable).
  • Outside Dhaka: Variable shipping costs based on location and package size.
  • International Shipping: International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes.

4. Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment. For any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer support team.

6. Delivery Issues

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your package. Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays or issues with your order.
