  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address to ship the item back to us.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please use a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure your return reaches us.

  4. Inspection and Processing: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. The timeline for refunds is as follows:

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
